Terms and Conditions

Please give delivery address where someone will be at during the day (office hours). Courier delivers directly to your door .

The customer CANNOT ask for;

-Specific delivery times*

-Specific delivery dates*

-Courier to ‘call ahead’ to make sure they are home*

*these are NOT in our control

The customer CAN ask for;

-Call ahead to obtain access to an estate

-Courier to hoot, ring bell, leave at reception etc

Please note that ‘collection’ means the courier has collected the parcel from us, this is not the delivery date. Delivery is via Dawn Wing on the economy cargo service and deliveries take between 2-5 working days. If you live in a regional area, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier (such as aramex) at no additional charge. This may affect the duration of your wait. Your location will affect the duration of your wait.

You should receive an SMS the day of intended delivery via Dawn Wing, but this is subject to signal and functionality of the driver’s device.

Generally collections ONLY take place on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you order on a Monday for example but the collection has already gone out, your parcel will only be collected on Wednesday. Fit Farm Girl reserves the right to have parcels collected up to 3 days after processing – depending on delays from both sides.

On the day of collection, after the collection has taken place, your tracking number will be sent to you via email (from info@byfitfarmgirl.com – please check your spam folder too) as well as details of how to download your FREE workout guide.

Photo’s are taken during packing to ensure the correct items make it into your order. If you claim to have missing items, proof will need to be provided by taking photo’s of the package including the flyer bag. Your flyer bag should also have the corresponding waybill number on it. These claims can only be made within 24 hours of you receiving your package. If the stock levels and photographic proof shows the order was packaged correctly, Fit Farm Girl pty ltd. will not be liable for items claimed to be missing.

Please add vital information for courier in the comment section – the courier will NOT phone ahead to make sure you are at the address given – you will be supplied with a tracking number and it is your responsibility to be at the given address at the time of delivery. If added as a special request the courier will call ahead for access codes (for an estate for example) but they will not confirm you are there at the specified time of delivery.

Please note that orders processed with payment are final. Once the package goes out with the courier the order is complete. No refunds will be given for incorrect purchases. Fit Bands and Thrust Pads can be refunded in the first 15 days should they be faulty – requests for refunds will be given per individual case. NO refunds will be given for ebook purchases or items orders of the incorrect resistance or size (excl. clothing). Please see our returns policy for clothing here. If you have any refund/credit or replacement requests, please mail orders@byfitfarmgirl.com with your order number, as each will be dealt with on an individual basis.

When are we restocking?

It is not always possible to give a restock date as there are many factors involved – and dates are subject to change. If we have a confirmed date we may give you a heads up on our IG account @fitbandsza or we might send out a mailer to those signed up to the mailing list! Visit our home page if you want to sign up. Please know that there are no guarantees that we will stock items (specific colours/styles etc) again. Fit Farm Girl pty ltd reserves the right to discontinue any item(s) at any time.
