We have a returns policy in place for our clothing. Please read carefully to know what options are available should you find your clothing does not fit or there is something wrong with it.
Please know we try check all clothing for factory defaults but some may still land up in your hands. We apologise for this and have set up a policy to cover this.
Returns can be done for the following:
-Clothing doesn’t fit correctly or
-There is a factory default/defect
If you would like to submit a return, you will be required to courier the clothing back to us at your own cost (we can recommend cost effective and reliable services should you need). Once we have received the item(s) and are satisfied that they are in excellent condition, we will send you a replacement item at our cost. Please note that this is stock dependent and you may need to take a different colour/style.
Returns will ONLY be processed within 7 days apon receiving the items. It is your duty to open your parcel timeously and try the clothing on. Please make sure you are clean and keep the clothing in good condition, as returns will not be given for items which have not been cared for.
