We have a returns policy in place for all our products
Physical products (excluding clothing)
If you receive your item and it is faulty, we will accept and process returns within 7 working days of purchase. Requests after that will be subject to scrutiny to determine the factor of wear and tear. We try our best to only send out products of a certain standard that are of the highest quality – incorrect use of products can result in undue wear and tear, which we do not cover.
We do not accept returns for the incorrect resistance being chosen (Fit Bands, Fit Bands 2.0, Loop bands and Clip Bands) as we do not sell second-hand products. Once items have been received by yourself they are considered ‘used’.
Should items be purchased on sale, the price of the item at the time it is purchased will be the refund/credit amount.
Unfortunately we do not allow refunds for ebook purchases.
Clothing (Active Wear)
We have a returns policy in place for our clothing. Please read this carefully to know what options are available should you find your clothing does not fit or there is something wrong with it (although we highly doubt that) 😉
We will happily process returns within 7 working days of the date your parcel was delivered. (This will be confirmed on our system). If you would like to submit a return, you will be required to courier the clothing back to us at your own cost – we can recommend effective and reliable courier services should you need. We will only accept returns delivered straight to our stock holding facility (NOT via the South African Post Office, PEP or Postnet).
Returns will be processed within 7 business days of being received at our stock holding facility and once your return has been processed you will be sent an email confirmation. We do not process exchanges but can provide either a store credit or refund for the item/s returned. The store credit/refund will only be valid online, for the items purchased and will not include shipping/courier costs incurred with original order.
All returned items must be in original unworn and unwashed condition. NO returns will be processed for Seamless clothing with a ladder in – this will be considered wear and tear. Any items of clothing returned with makeup and/or tan stains will automatically be rejected and either destroyed or returned to you. The decision made with regards to your return will be final and non-negotiable.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the dye process and various suppliers, we allow a size variance of up to 2cm up or down. Because of the compression nature of the clothing the fit is not negatively affected by this. However using the size guide with YOUR measurements is still the most accurate way to determine your size – please consider sizing up where needed.
EACH batch of stock goes through a strict quality check by a third party that checks for sizing, defects, dye swatch matching etc. Your clothing should come with a sticker confirming the quality check has been done.
We do not accept returns for clothing SALE items and THONGS.
