I found it amazing how many similar themes were in the questions. So I am going to address these all below! You’ll notice common solutions to these common health questions you had! From here, in the weeks coming, I will deep dive into those crazy questions some of you had! I love a good serious question, let’s get to it.

And how do you transition all of this into your daily lifestyle?
See how it is all inter related? And I can tell you right now, they all have one common solution, one common way to conquer and achieve. That being, your why. Also super appropriate for this time of the year where many are transitioning their lifestyles and finding their footing.

In fact I have written it in many different ways so do take a look below. However, I do want to give you some information now in order for you all to achieve those 2020 goals you have set out for yourselves.
Did you know that by February 80% of people have given up on their New Year Resolutions?
And this isn’t because the year got hectic, but the truth is life is always hectic. We always think next week or next month things will ease up and we will have all the time in the world to focus just on us. Well has that ever happened for you? I’m guessing not. Life is always going to come in the way, your graduation, your child’s first time at school or your first week in your promoted position at work.
Those goals you set out for yourself need to mean something to you, or else you will not get there.
The key to it all, the reason why some of us compete in bodybuilding, and others are super committed to their bootcamp sessions, why some ladies turn down social events that place them in stress? Because they have decided to take 100% committed control of their lives and health.
It isn’t motivation that you need, it is a deep-seated commitment to becoming a better version of yourself- the highest version.
All coaches can tell you that we definitely don’t feel motivated every day. Heck what is that? What we are is dedicated, in all ways, to the outcome. We know what we want, and we go after it, makes sense right? So then go out and do that for yourself!
I know it may sound airy fairy and if you really struggle with finding your why, your why for following a lesser followed lifestyle, then try journaling. Try listing out your reasons for doing this and certain goals with timelines, try focusing on gratitude daily and even plugging in podcasts that will get you fired up to go for the day and session.
If that all fails, remember to not surround yourself with temptation when you have an empty stomach 😉 😉
