Prepping can be easy,

I've said before, it doesn’t even have to be a full meal. Maybe you want to weigh out your muesli serving for breakfast and have your portion controlled 150g yogurt tub. Freezing some fruit and veg portions for a smoothie that you make quickly the next morning. Or making a larger dinner that you can portion out for lunch the next day. Don’t overthink it.

Take the stress out of your eating plan.

If you have meals or snacks set out for you they ready to grab. Then you don't have to stress about the possibility of going off plan!

Keep the basics at hand.

This means protein options like powders and meat portions. Keep your veg all chopped up ready to cook. Freeze your smoothie options. Have portioned out nuts/seeds, muesli, yoghurt tubs and ready-made protein balls.
